Our Hoki is caught from sustainable sources around New Zealand making it a ethical choice for our dish. We have taken this white flaky fish and coated with a zesty crust that’s GF adding to the flavour of the already great fish. Then we have finished it off with some of our country’s great produce to add to the fresh flavours keeping it light and healthy with a good dash of flavour with our house made tartare sauce.

Ingredients:  Hoki fish(35%), potato (29%),tartare sauce (17%) (whole eggs, vinegar, canola oil, gherkins, whole grain mustard , seasoning), peppers assorted, celery (17%), lemon herb (2.3%) (tarragon, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper) salt, pepper
